We have partnered with two Art Therapists to help us launch our Sharing Our Strengths initiative with an art intervention. This program will utilize writing prompts, group discussion, and creative expression, to guide artists to recognizing and identifying their own personal strengths. Using items from your home like pens/pencils/markers/paint/paper/canvas…whatever you have access to! Let’s tap into those creative juices!
