Snowshoe Team

Snowshoe Team is a vibrant and welcoming group dedicated to fostering outdoor adventure and connection in a supportive and social setting. Meeting every Sunday from 9:00–11:00 AM at the Sun Valley Nordic Center, this program offers a fantastic opportunity for local participants aged 12 and older with a permanent disability to enjoy the beauty and serenity of snowshoeing. Whether you’re new to the sport or looking to explore new trails, Snowshoe Team provides a structured yet fun environment for participants of all experience levels to grow and connect.

This program is completely free for Higher Ground Idaho Local Members, ensuring that cost is never a barrier to participation. Participants will meet at the Sun Valley Nordic Center.

Each session focuses on skill development, fitness, and confidence on the trails, with guidance from experienced instructors who tailor their approach to meet the needs of every participant.
