Higher Ground partners with the Idaho School for the Deaf and Blind (ISDB) to offer exciting programs like Ski School Days and the ISDB Adventure Club. From adaptive ski camps to summer campouts, students enjoy year-round outdoor recreation in the Wood River Valley.
Led by ISDB teacher Jodie Hamilton, the Adventure Club connects students with the healing power of nature through regular activities. This partnership also supports our efforts to expand ASL (American Sign Language) classes for staff and volunteers, enhancing belonging across our programs.
