Paralympic Youth Camp

Once a year we host talented young skiers and snowboarders with Paralympic dreams. The children aged 7-18 have physical disabilities and a desire to improve their skills. Special Coaches and former Paralympians lead them through drills and share their experiences along the professional athlete path.

Idaho School for the Deaf and Blind

A longtime relationship with the Gooding, ID school has created numerous programming opportunities for the students. Year-round the students visit for day programs from ski camps to summer camp outs. Teacher Jodie Hamilton created an “Adventure Club” for students to regularly experience the joy and healing nature of outdoor recreation in the Wood River Valley. The partnership has led us to expand ASL (American Sign language) classes for staff and volunteers.
