Black Team

Black Team is an advanced ski club specifically designed for local skiers who are ready to tackle blue and black diamond-level terrain with confidence. This program is tailored for participants aged 16 and older who have a permanent disability and are seeking to elevate their skiing skills in a supportive and challenging environment. As a member of Black Team, you’ll have the chance to push your abilities, refine your technique, and enjoy the camaraderie of a group that shares your passion for the slopes.

This program is completely free for Higher Ground Idaho Local Members, making it an invaluable opportunity for advanced skiers in our community. To ensure accessibility, we provide transportation to and from the program from multiple convenient locations around the Hailey area, so you can focus on enjoying your time on the mountain.

Throughout the season, Black Team members will practice advanced gate racing techniques and take on thrilling runs on both Dollar and Bald Mountain. Whether you’re looking to improve your speed and agility through race training or simply enjoy the thrill of carving down challenging slopes, this program offers the perfect combination of coaching, encouragement, and fun.
